I like that the staff personalized their New Year's greeting with "torotot and finger food". I appreciate that. I also particularly like the bath tub in my room so I can relax because the spa was not open/available.

Just underwhelmed.. treated my wife who was a guest obviously and on the room info like she was a stranger guest off the streets. I had to come down to lobby to get her when they should have just let her up. Luke warm water 2 days, 1 day no hot water, 1 day with… Casino is only slots which needs to highlighted.

I missed the breakfast as they closed when I went down - its okay - I woke up late from a noisy evening. I like the simple check in/out. I also enjoy sauna/spa but did not have a chance to visit the facility -
